ZAC Phones
If you have access to your ZAC device (can turn it on and connect to the internet, please register your device with Microsoft by opening Internet Explorer Mobile (Windows Phone 8-8.1) or Microsoft Edge Mobile (Windows 10 Mobile) and typing the following URL:

http://www.pudince.com/deviceregistration/onboarding

This URL will only work from your ZAC device. If you do not have access to the device (can’t turn on or connect to the internet), please find your device IMEI and visit B2X Support for Microsoft Lumia / ZAC Phones LTD devices.


Ninko Devices
For the Ninko Classic USB Hardware Recall:
– If your device is already registered with Pudince, please click here.
– If your device is not already registered with Pudince, please click here.

For general Ninko customer support, please click here. While the Ninko Products are not mentioned by name, you should follow the instructions as if you are claiming warranty on a Microsoft Classic Intellimouse.

Software Support

ZAC Phone Software
If you have access to your ZAC device (can turn it on and connect to the internet, please register your device with Microsoft by opening Internet Explorer Mobile (Windows Phone 8-8.1) or Microsoft Edge Mobile (Windows 10 Mobile) and typing the following URL:

zac://sofwaresupport

This URL will only work from your ZAC device. If you do not have sufficient access to the device, please lodge a customer support request by clicking here. Please give us as many details about your issue as possible.


Ninko Software and Driver Support
To download Ninko Drivers:
– Connect your Ninko device to a Windows 10 PC. Drivers should begin installing immediately. If they do not, please try checking for updates and drivers via Windows Update. If you still cannot install drivers, please lodge a customer support inquiry by clicking here.

Support for Ninko Software is limited as the Ninko applications for Windows Phone and Windows Mobile have been discontinued. There is currently no supported software, however we’d be happy to look into solutions for you if you’re having problems still. Please lodge a customer support inquiry by clicking here. Please be as detailed as possible.
